ADD/ADHD

ADD affects about 3 to 5% of children globally. These children have problems concentrating, finishing tasks, and losing things, or are unable to follow instructions. They can have hyperactivity as well (ADHD) — constant squirming, fidgeting and or talking non-stop. It is diagnosed two to four times as frequently in boys as in girls. As with Autism or ASD, osteopathy can be an important part of the management program particularly where there has been known birth trauma.
